IPM4U (Investment Property Maintenance 4 U) is a property maintenance management business specialising in the care and upkeep of private and investment homes. Acting as your personal property manager, we help you identify, plan and prioritise your home's maintenance needs.
Then, we supervise a pool of pre-qualified employees and service providers (trades people) we have hand selected to perform work on your behalf. We know as property owners ourselves that you need to keep cost down and still get the best work completed. We cover all aspects of your home’s changing needs, from seasonal chores to replacement of roofs or hot water system, to restorative care and re-modelling we also look after the garage door.
